Everyone is crazy! (in a good way) People on my team are really smart and share a vision to build proactively the future, which always keeps me inspired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation, I feel, it ranks on the lowest segment of what the market valuation is. My compensation is not enough to allow me fulfill my needs with ease and to have savings capability.
