My compensation, I feel, it ranks on the lowest segment of what the market valuation is. My compensation is not enough to allow me fulfill my needs with ease and to have savings capability.

We are very youthful and relaxed. A "millennial" environment 100%

Being able to personally talk with the CEO and the managers!
