Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The monetary compensations are acceptable, I found them like sufficient as there are other great advantages that are not precisely monetary that make you forgive that there exist better compensations available out there.

There is a youthful environment with energy and happiness. In your first days at kueski you may think the employees attitude is false behind the scenes but then you realize is totally the truth!!!

The ability to choose your working hours and working place are the most noticeable to me. The office offers a nice and comfortable place to work, which extends to other offices around the world that you can work from. Free food and drinks are available.
