To meet my colleagues, to freely do my work as I please, no creative boundaries. I have all the tools needed to deliver the best of my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The monetary compensations are acceptable, I found them like sufficient as there are other great advantages that are not precisely monetary that make you forgive that there exist better compensations available out there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to choose your working hours and working place are the most noticeable to me. The office offers a nice and comfortable place to work, which extends to other offices around the world that you can work from. Free food and drinks are available.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm free to choose how to meet my deadlines. My team has confidence in the quality of what I deliver. There is no shame in accepting my mistakes or things I don't fully understand. They are supportive and I feel like I'm always improving myself along with the team.
