What do you like best about the leadership team?
Here at Kugler Vision we work together as a team to accomplish our goals. The work environment is motivating and we are always analyzing processes on how we can improve. I look forward to coming to work, not many people can say that!
Productive team. Everyone pulls their weight.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not everyone for themselves, it's a team effort! You're not only motivated to meet your personal goals, you're working towards something much larger than yourself.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help each other out when needed.
Communication is key in growing a successful business and I believe we do an exceptional job at that. Everyone is so enthusiastic and motivated to enhance our patients lives through vision correction.
Productive and smart. Not too intrusive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have very friendly people who work here and we all get along well.
Everyone is smart and efficient
Professional but still a fun place to work
People here tend to work hard but also take a moment to check in with each other, say hello, and see how they're doing. It's a good company culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got the pleasure of meeting the individuals who run the show. Dr. Kugler and Dr. Stuntz even took time out of their busy schedule to sit and talk with me. The best part was they were more interested in getting to know me as a person rather than asking all those typical interview questions.
It was simple yet challenging enough to where they were able to get to know me and my strengths.
It was painless, and I wasn't asked a bunch of questions regarding my personality and characteristics
They're honest in the review process. I felt like I knew the expectations of me when I took the job.

Interacting with coworkers and spending time connecting with patients.
Making a life changing difference for the better for our patients!
