From 1980 to 1993, Mr. Pierce served at Materials Research Corporation, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Pierce has been the Chairman of Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. since September 28, 2014. He has been Vice Chairman of Orbital Sciences Corp. since April 2002.
