Paid better than other companies in the area and there are lots of benefits to being hired on at the company.
I was the lowest paid Assistant Manager in my district. Was never appreciated on the work I did managing the store on my own with no manager for almost a year. I was over looked when it came to being a store manager.

Our store manager makes sure to under schedule 80% of the staff so they do not have to give us any benefits. Even though I have open availability, I will forever be part-time with the way she schedules people.
I feel like the workers are just a little underpaid for what we do and how long we are there. I also feel like the discount only being on full price items doesn't make sense
As a woman, you definitely feel that your voice is not heard. Management will not acknowledge your contributions or ideas unless you are a man. I would feel better about my compensation if I were paid more fairly for my skills and experience as my male counterparts are paid.
