The team that I had where all hired by me or my team. Most of them left or was let go by the new manager for the fear of "corrupted minds".

i get along woth all my coworkers. they are the reason why i enjoy coming to work. management makes me wanna quit all the time.
Staff members who were recently promoted know what it's like to be one of the regular associates. They don't pressure us to do everything perfectly and they actually help out on the floor. I had one new manager drop everything because she THOUGHT I needed help. That is being a good manager.
