Listening to their employees and applying logic to the needs of individuals.
Listening to employees concerns with management and taking it seriously
stop bossing us around because were young.
letting people do their jobs.
understand peoples schedule. treat us as adults and not kids.
I was the lowest paid Assistant Manager in my district. Was never appreciated on the work I did managing the store on my own with no manager for almost a year. I was over looked when it came to being a store manager.
Just feeling apart of the team, and managers having better attitudes
Yes I did I quit bc off the treatment of the management
Our store manager makes sure to under schedule 80% of the staff so they do not have to give us any benefits. Even though I have open availability, I will forever be part-time with the way she schedules people.
I feel like the workers are just a little underpaid for what we do and how long we are there. I also feel like the discount only being on full price items doesn't make sense
Some are pretty young and don't take the job seriously
no humor or fun, everyone is very sober- no one smiles
stop judging people because of their looks
I checked the Better Business Bureau website on the company and they refuse to change shipping companies despite many candles coming broken and high-pressure cans coming dented. The only resolution they offer is store credits and gift cards. All under the value of the initial sale.
Red tape culture, micro-managed, Old-fashioned, not with the times. I have worked here for 6 months in Mast IT and there is no work/life balance. The organization does not believe in work from home and there is no flexibility. It is a culture of old men who favor men and only men are truly valued.
I just don't see much room for advancement where I'm at now.
