How employees describe working at L'Occitane
Good products they have for skin
Very bad managers. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible favortism. The DMs are complete idiots. They have no clue what goes on at store level. No room for advancement. You get treatef like a child.
Bad, political bad leadership,no teamwork favouritsm, no career advancement only those they like, management is worst
Loccitane has a culture that puts pressure on employees to make sales. This pressure can be overly unnecessary, especially for part-time workers (there's so much a salesperson can do if there are a few customers). The ''friendly" work culture is fake and toxic at times. But it could be worse.
