See resources as value adding factors in the company
The company is not employee centric, Employee is not given raises, not given proper compensation. Highly qualified individuals are put under less qualified managers. Mostly the culture is very bad here. in past 3 months 5 cases of cardiac arrest and 1 suicide on campus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My performance was undervalued in company
Broadly commenting, Engineers are hired from premium institute and are undervalued by the work provided to them. Also the compensation is very dull, Top performer also gets just over 4% YOY hike

Very efficient and customer oriented.
My team is young, passionate and ambitious

Good relation with colleagues is needed

Company should give quick joining to new joins
Interview was not at all based on the work we do at the company, we have been misleaded

getting recognized for my work and getting justifiable pay hike.

Suppressing the new generations and regional politics. To improve, Young risk taking teams needs to be incorporated
