Mr. Mark M. Chloupek serves as Secretary at CorePoint Lodging Inc. Mr. Chloupek has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of La Quinta Holdings Inc. since 2006 and has been its Secretary since 2013. Mr. Chloupek serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of La Quinta Inn & Suites Tampa North. He serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of La Quinta Corporation. He serves as an Executive Vice President of Legal and General Counsel of La Quinta Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of La Quinta Corp. He served as an Executive Vice President of Legal of LQ Management LLC. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Chloupek served as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel of Operations for Wind International Inc. (formerly, Wyndham International, Inc.). Prior to joining Wyndham, from 1996 to 1999, Mr. Chloupek worked for Locke Lord LLP (formerly Locke Purrell Rain Harrell-a professional corporation), a Dallas-based law firm. He served as Operations Counsel of Wind International Inc. Prior to joining Wind, he worked for Dallas-based law firm Locke, Liddell & Sapp LLP. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Texas General Counsel Forum. Mr. Chloupek received a B.A. in economics from the College of William and Mary where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and suma cum laude and received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
