What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to take your personal life (kids/schedule) into consideration when handling call outs or work hours.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It costs us way too much out of pocket. I've worked other healthcare jobs and I've gotten free health insurance or at least not these high of rates. We do get free lab work though.
They have amazing benefits and discount program on alot of different products and car buying/rental as well as hotel rooms and plane tickets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching is low at 3%, most companies are at 6% match for 9% invested for a total of 15%. Stock options are minimal and stock purchase is at a small discount 15%. Most companies in the industry are 25-50% discounted on stock purchase for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other out tremendously
We always make sure we are all on the same page about how everything should and needs to be run.
