What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to understand each other's roles better and the fundamentals of what they are doing and how it fits into the larger picture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Walking down the fundamentals of the business at the core level. Examples would be tightening controls around supplier contracts, walking in fixed pricing in those contracts, in educating operational employees on the fundamentals of operations as the baseline technical understanding is quite low.
