Smart people willingness to help
The executive team is a set of engineers and professionals who have worked in the industry for 10+ years. Very knowledgeable and kind.
Our leadership team holds themselves accountable to our core values. Employees are treated with respect and their voices are heard.
Super transparent about the state of the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Human value, interaction, transparency and no dictatorship
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a Good overall.
The opportunity to grow within the growth of our org. It's built in at Lacework. We are growing fast and with that growth are everyday opportunities. The compensation is fair and the growth opportunity is there for anyone who buys into the mission.
Solid mix of cash, stock, benefits, and when we can go back, a really nice office.

What are some of the best things about your team?
some people are very nice
We are a team and not just a bunch of individuals.
Lots of super capable people who know their stuff and know what they don't know.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is pulling in the same direction and it's a check your ego at the door mentality.
Transparent idenitfcation of problems or issues results in focusing and fixing those issues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I had the opportunity to interview with. They gave realistic expectations and did not judge myself or others off of a piece of paper / resume. Experience is critical but the human element and culture fit is also extremely important. No smoke and mirrors.
Everyone was authentic and consistent on what the company needed and where things were going well or not.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of the amazing milestones we reach on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Working with high quality and high character people.
The product actually helps and we're always learning more about what makes customers successful.
