Managment specifically store manager hes too sensative and emotional to be in charge of a store he lashes out when you have an oppinion its his way or the highway theres times where he wont even talk yo you if he feels some type of way towards you
The executive team do not collaborate well with one another. There are too many cooks in the kitchen with too many opinions and no true collaboration to set a clear strategy and direction for the brand. This leads to a lot of confusion in the field & double work due to lack of or poor communication.
