Our CEO Dave Keil has brought in a team of experienced leaders who are building teams and programs to enable our success as a company. Leadership's vision is being executed and is inspirational to all of those who want to grow professionally and see the company succeed.

Amazing people everyone has a shared sense of drive to make things happen. Friendly and open culture
The communication is excellent. We have "All Hands" meetings where updates and plans are shared across the company. Lakeside is also improving the benefits package with is appreciated by all.

Everything. It's miserable regardless what they pay you.

The thoroughness allowed for me to ask all of the questions that I needed to, which allowed for me to feel very comfortable in accepting the offer.

The people and speed of process
The interview process was both efficient and enjoyable. The interviewers themselves were very open about the work that needed to be done and their own experiences at the company.
All interviews were casual and comfortable
The open dialog so I could ask questions about the company, culture, strengths and challenges.

Quit lying to the staff and customers. It's an insecure product, surely to be outdated and run out by Microsoft or anyone else.
