What do you like best about the leadership team?
Take accountability, considerate, and transparent
Awesomea amd great. All these are ok.
Approachable, takes reviews seriously even from the new comers.
Freedom on working hours. No micromanagement. Managers care about the team members.
Open to changing direction based on results
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat everyone equally. Temporary jobs are cruel and unusual punishment. Permanent employees can be bullies.
Garbage management filled with mendacious narcissists. It’s both pathetic and depressing. Everyone with any self-respect wants to leave asap.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock and benefit suit workers
All around compensation is beyond fair
Insurance is generous. They are shamefully stingy with RSUs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It should be comparable to local industrial average.
Clear career paths and real diversity inclusion 99% of managers. Leads and upper management are Caucasian.
More resp means more money
Unemployment insurance, medical benefits, same compensation as Regular Full Time employees.

Employ a wider swath of employees. No more temp jobs. Make a commitment to all equally!
Antagonism and avoidance of responsibility is standard amongst executives. People see this and act the same way if they want to go up.
