Well they hardly do direct hire so 98% of employees are employed by temp agencies with 2 year contracts. Most get offers at 1 year anniversary. So hard to claim leadership from lam.

Treat everyone equally. Temporary jobs are cruel and unusual punishment. Permanent employees can be bullies.
Garbage management filled with mendacious narcissists. It’s both pathetic and depressing. Everyone with any self-respect wants to leave asap.
