Unfair management..they hire and fire as they please
Low hourly pay. Great to gain experience
pay too low. you have to be careful with the interpretation.
Good but not great. At the CR office, there is a general feeling that the employee is guilty until proven innocent whenever there is an issue with something. Although the company has surpassed the expected revenue in the past years employees have not received a raise or bonuses in years.
