Good but not great. At the CR office, there is a general feeling that the employee is guilty until proven innocent whenever there is an issue with something. Although the company has surpassed the expected revenue in the past years employees have not received a raise or bonuses in years.

Be more open to new ideas and feedback and input from staff in the front lines.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and goals set by management do not reflect the payment received. They continue to increase workload with out compensation
