Do not have any good things to say except in the past there have been some good people working there but are no longer there. What comes to mind is how much time and money is wasted. To this day I do not believe the owner in the UK even realizes over time how much of his money was wasted here.

Not good due to seeing quality people and workers treated not well.

The workers with poor work & personal ethics were knowingly allowed to cause such a poor work environment one by one of the best workers leave.Large egos and bullying unfortunately are more important than good work & business ethics.

They have a lot of experience but occasionally struggle to remain professional

Huge egos prevent the people in charge to grow and learn despite them being in a business for years

stop poor conduct of certain worker that make it worse for the good workers who eventually leave

When interviewing candidates do much better in picking employees who come to work - to work. Sneaking looks at your cell phone to watch movies is not good work ethics. Allowed workers with poor work ethics to disrupt and cause such a poor work environment the good quality workers one by one leave

Care about actually working because that why they are there

There have been great coworkers but they were never given any real reason to stay but plenty of reasons to leave , unfortunately. The workers with poor work ethics very much like the way the company is run.

The decision makers have showed the inability to make good rational constructive decisions The company needs new decision makers who are experienced in building a growing quality organization.

Concentrating on work that needs to get done rather than watching movies on their cell phone and sending text messages back and forth throughout the day insulting other employees.

People who interview should start off knowing what good business and work ethics are.If they do not have an understanding of that they cannot ask the proper questions

Doing much better in picking the right people for the right job.

Do a lot better picking employees who arrive at work - to work.

With the exception of a small few employees the rest should have been let go years ago. They are one of several reasons why so many great workers have left.Only chance of improvement is replacing them with good quality workers but that will never happen/

There is a poor effort in sales or the top people of the company to get the best quality part to their customer or with any speed.
