Huge egos prevent the people in charge to grow and learn despite them being in a business for years
stop poor conduct of certain worker that make it worse for the good workers who eventually leave
When interviewing candidates do much better in picking employees who come to work - to work. Sneaking looks at your cell phone to watch movies is not good work ethics. Allowed workers with poor work ethics to disrupt and cause such a poor work environment the good quality workers one by one leave
