They are leaders, not tyrants. They make themselves accessible to everyone and genuinely contribute to a healthy working culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, communication, collaboration, leading by example. Actions speak louder than words.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great healthcare and unlimited PTO
The salary is definitely the most appealing part.
I feel highly valued with my compensation and benefits. I feel LaunchDarkly pays at or above the market salary.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Super smart people but recent hires have been friends of friends, woefully underqualified for the job
They are dedicated, passionate, eager and willing to learn.
I feel like I belong on my team. We are well balanced and are varied skills are praised.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is diverse and inclusive. We do activities together that are fun and help us bond. My personal and professional development is supported through an education benefit. There is a culture of growing.
