Accountability. Work delegation is amazing and there is accountability for each deliverable. Hence everyones gets feeling of ownership.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is reachable. Leadership team is not judgemental hence, employees don't have fear of failure. Employees are not scared of trying new things.

Interviewers are not obsessed in conveying what they know, instead they are good listener and doesn't come to interview with a preconceive mind set.
