I don't exactly know corporate side all that well.
We have. Safty meetings every first of the week so our manager tells us what's going on and let us voice our comments, questions ,etc. Our lead driver great EQUALLY also.
My current manager is the best one i ever had with lazer spot all the ones before her was bottom of the pit

More workers and more help
Understanding a drivers needs not just the company
Communication, compassion, equipment maintenance. Maybe show up once in a while. Putting people before profits.

We communicate and work well together. Wouldn't ask for a better night team

We are actually a team. We have each other's backs, at least on my shift.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Customer service skills, respect for one another
Management stop showing favoritism towards certain workers and stop discriminating other workers that do there job at a high level but don't get appreciated for it.
They all have bad attitudes

They are just plain cruel to women and people of color

Safety rules keeping safe no accidents

Need more honesty and integrity
Alot needs to change but that can not be explained in 300 letters or less

It was direct and to the point he put me in the yard truck, and had me hook a trailer and put it in the dock, and then take it back to the yard slot and drop it. He said I looked a little rusty but he could already tell I knew exactly what I was doing.

Harassment, sexual and non sexual, bullying, favoritism, repercussions for expressing any complaints or concerns.
the management have to stop lying to the customers and provide the workers that are required to perform their jobs instead of relying on one work to pull all the weight of other employees
