Customer service skills, respect for one another
Management stop showing favoritism towards certain workers and stop discriminating other workers that do there job at a high level but don't get appreciated for it.
They all have bad attitudes

Company pay better overall treatment of drivers

Need more honesty and integrity
Alot needs to change but that can not be explained in 300 letters or less

More structured and cohesive across all markets
Create a better way to apply if you dont have tenstreet it seems impossible

the management have to stop lying to the customers and provide the workers that are required to perform their jobs instead of relying on one work to pull all the weight of other employees
