It was open and honest. The path was clear akd the expectations were clearly presented.
What I liked most about the interview process was the clear communication from the recruiter and the genuine friendliness of the interviewers. The process felt organized, transparent, and respectful, making it a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish.
Each interview felt like a friendly conversation and the interviewers were very easy to talk to.

The level of transparency and integrity
Each interview, including those with leadership, felt more like a conversation rather than a questionnaire. I felt a personal connection to likeminded individuals instead of feeling highly pressured to answer prompts in a specific way.
Their culture of caring actually starts before you are even an employee. They are very transparent upfront about the process and the company recruiter is extremely welcoming and easy to speak with. He also followed up with ways to provide status and scheduling like I've never experienced.
