- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Unfortunately many of the high-level managers are French and speak translate to communicate in English. They say they document in English, but much of what is produced is in French only and literally they expect you to translate the documentation with Microsoft word. Not a Global company!!
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better managers that are coaches and not dry corporate leaders with outdated tactics. Managers who truly care.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Toxic environment that leads with fear.
