One month in I am still learning the structure but my job is challenging and exciting with a high degree of satisfaction.
My coworkers are awesome and helpful.
I do good work but after a company event, I was tired the next day and didn't work as hard as usual. That is the day my boss decided to use as a snapshot of my performance. Now I'm left out of training opportunities. I am a good, experienced, valuable worker. It will be thier loss when I leave.
