What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees and believe Family is the reason we are all here.
They all work together and get everything done
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! Theres no "real" leadership. Everybody just wants to be in the position
Not treating people like babies.
Everything, management , listening , doing their job
Fire the nepotistic duo in maintenace
They need to actually listen to the good people who are already working at the company, stop looking to outside vendors and bringing in new managers who know nothing of thr process. Acknolwdge they need to do better and stop empty promises
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is reasonable and deductibles/co-pays are competitive with other companies where I have worked.
They offer really good insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of experience and I know I am valuable, but I'm treated like someone who's just starting out in their career. I am micromanaged by an insecure manager. I hate it.
You hired guys starting more than what i made working close to 4 years in maint.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse group with a vast knowledge of construction practices which they share with upcoming employees.
My coworkers are awesome and helpful.
Very nice, quality people who respect eachother
employees generally want to do a good job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keep everyone trained properly and level playing field for all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was informed we are a family when I was hired and we treat everyone with respect.
The people are quite and friendly

Be serious about your technicians.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an interview thats all
The managers that I interviewed with very friendly and put me a ease I felt comfortable joking around with them. It seems like real people.

Challenge of learning new construction skills, new engineering systems and methods of documentation.
Just working on the trucks and equipment

They typically get uoset at the way they dont know about these dispatches
