- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?All parts of working for Lee Company where positive. However, if I had to specify a single positive attribute of my work experience it would be the support I had. I didn't come into working for Lee Company with no knowledge of plumbing but it was limited. The support while learning was imperative.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The base pay I has was good for the time considering I was a plumbers helper. By the time I became disabled I was doing work rated for a full plumber but was still compensated appropriately. I got only one raise but it was more than enough at 1.50 per hour raise.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone i work with enjoys working as well as teaching others.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Higher base pay, and performance based bonuses.
