What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?All parts of working for Lee Company where positive. However, if I had to specify a single positive attribute of my work experience it would be the support I had. I didn't come into working for Lee Company with no knowledge of plumbing but it was limited. The support while learning was imperative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The base pay I has was good for the time considering I was a plumbers helper. By the time I became disabled I was doing work rated for a full plumber but was still compensated appropriately. I got only one raise but it was more than enough at 1.50 per hour raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone i work with enjoys working as well as teaching others.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Dispatch and the office workers need to improve their coordination with eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Higher base pay, and performance based bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually making changes that impact the employees in the field and make it so that its enjoyable to work here.
