What do you like best about the leadership team?
Professional and supportive is leadership team
They are always looking to continuously improve and transform when it's appropriate.
Transparent and inclusive. Line of sight to all leadership is great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
be interested in your staff, make sure they get paid on time, make sure they feel part of the company, be clear about objectives and requirements, but above all, if you are going to automate and run people, talk about it directly, not try to make people leave by pressuring them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You make good commissions but the company makes way more
It's a great package with all the benefits available including accident insurance.
This company is very generous and pays fairly if not above market.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with the best team at LHH. The collaboration is immense and the passion is like nothing I have ever seen. I love the people I work with!

My team is very dedicated and most are long tenured so they have amazing insight and knowledge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we never saw each other, we were in another city and we collaborated at a distance, there was not much communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LHH has a great culture and they are always asking us for feedback.

I like that you get the opportunity to chat with many different staff members instead of just one so you can ask them the important questions like why they enjoy working at LHH.
