Even during the interview, it was clear they didn't look for shortcuts and genuinely cared about high standards. That transparency showed me this was a place that valued real, meticulous work.
The transparency about the workload. The team didn't sugarcoat the high volume of cases, but they spoke passionately about the rewarding feeling of getting those final approvals for clients. It showed me right away that the hard work here has a real, meaningful purpose.
The quality of the conversations with the panel. Instead of a rigid, stressful interrogation, it felt like a collaborative, two-way dialogue where I could deeply explore the team's legal strategies and company goals.
