What are some of the best things about your team?The culinary team carries the restaurant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like them personally usually. But a lot of them are always missing the forest because theres so many trees in the way
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Living on planet earth with the people who run the day to day operations at the restaurants
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Being informative about how the reasturant is ran prior to hire. Seniority is major here and needs ti be improved as soon as possible.
