J. Mitchell Dolloff — Executive Vice President and President of Specialized Products & Furniture Products at Leggett & Platt

Mr. J. Mitchell Dolloff, also known as Mitch, has been Executive Vice President and President of Specialized Products & Furniture Products at Leggett & Platt, Incorporated since January 1, 2017. Mr. Dolloff served as Senior Vice President and President of Specialized Products Segment at Leggett & Platt, Incorporated from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Dolloff served as President of the Automotive Group at Leggett & Platt, Incorporated since 2014 until January 10, 2016. He served as Director of Business Development - Specialized Products at SPG International, LLC (aka: Storage Products Group, LLC). Mr. Dolloff served as Director, Business Development - Specialized Products of Leggett & Platt Inc. since December 6, 2006. Mr. Dolloff began his work with Leggett in 2000 as a Director in the M&A Department. In 2002, he moved to operations, where he serves as President of the $200 million Tubular Products Unit (in the Industrial Materials segment). Prior to Leggett, his experience includes 3 years in senior operating and corporate development positions with UnionTools, Inc. since September 3, 1999; Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Investor Relations since June 1997, Vice President Corporate Development since February 1998 and President, watering products division since June 1998. From October 1991 to June 1997, he was an associate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, during which he completed over 30 M&A and securities transactions. Mr. Dolloff holds an M.B.A. in 2004 and a J.D. in 1991 from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Economics in 1988, Magna Cum Laude, from Westminster College.
