Pacing was adequate. Good opportunity to meet the team and ask questions. They asked standard questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market rate for my skills are higher than we offer in compensation based on research. Also, I have additional certifications required by the company that I achieve, achieved and have not been compensated for the time and effort.
