What did you like most about the interview process?They actually have your potential teammates interview you rather than just the management team which is cool.
What are some of the best things about your team?They have their hiring algorithm pretty dialed in. Pretty much everyone is really great there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The company pays for all your benefits or will reimburse you if you already have your own. All the snacks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better processes, uniformity in claims handling (it’s basically the wild west there because there is minimal prior insurance experience in their staf
