What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness, supportiveness, transparency and competence.
They want you to succeed
clear and consistent information about the goals of the company and our department
They're not afraid to fail. They lead with grace and humility.
They are willing to switch directions, strategically, on a dime. But only if it makes sense for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and taking action on the feedback
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Options 401K match good base salary and regular bonuses
401K match is good. Everyone here a year gets stock options.
I get health, dental, vision, 401k, long/short term disability.
The healthcare in place is nice
Salary is solid. There is no equity available for non-C-level employees. Not an issue, but it's there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In a time when I needed my company to be there for my medical well being, they were not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is highly engaged, competent and mutually supportive of one another's efforts.
We all want each other to succeed.
The team is innovative and creative.
Smart people who move fast.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are some employees that are very unprofessional, and should be let go, but are not because the company is hurting for employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mutual support and curiousity in aid of growth
We're like a big family. Everyone is friendly.
LendingPoint is very much a meritocracy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to employees when they tell you something is wrong

Openness about company prospects and job description
