Mr. Nikul Patel has been Chief Strategy Officer of LendingTree, Inc. since January 1, 2018. Mr. Patel will advise on overall strategic direction and help incubate new business opportunities. He served as Chief Product and Strategy Officer of LendingTree, Inc. from November 2016 to January 1, 2018. Prior to that, he served as the LendingTree's Chief Operating Officer from June 2015 to November 2016 and Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer from February 2013 to June 2015. He joined the LendingTree in June 2012 as Senior Vice President of Product. Prior to joining this, he was COO/VP Products for Home-Account.com (???Home-Account???). Home-Account was later acquired by Bills.com (the ???Company???) where he served as President of Lendage, the long form mortgage business of the Company. He is a Co-founder of online real estate search website Movoto.com and also worked at Intel Corporation for 12 years in senior management capacity where he managed technology products and services for the company. He possesses an MBA with honors in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
