How's the work life balance at LendingTree?
This will depend entirely on you and your immediate supervisor.
There is no limit to vacation days. Expectations are super-high on production, but if you get your sh*t done, then your work-life balance is what you make it.
What are your coworkers at LendingTree like?
For the most part, an amazing group of people.
Largely some of the most honest, enthusiastic, and honorable people with whom I have ever had the chance to work with.
What unique perks and benefits does LendingTree provide?
No limits to vacation time. Get your sh*t done and take the time you need. Holiday parties and quarterly earnings events happen each year, as well as other events (i.e., day at the White Water Center) are leveraged to make the employee feel valued. There is also a full-time, on staff personal trainer. That said, also be prepared for what is some of the worst coffee you will ever taste.
