How's the work life balance at Fannie Mae?
FNMA changes their organizational structure on average of every 6 months. As a result of change, the focus changes everything. I was promised to convert into a full time position in the Credit Risk and Finance space three times. It never happened because of the shifting foci. As large as this organization is, I've never seen one filled with so much internal turmoil and mismanagement. While the pay was great, the experience there was not.
