Good management. They support you by all means
Communicative, open, transparent about all business initiatives and expectations.
Review from HR Dept
Too new to describe but so far from what I have seen it is good.
They are open to addressing all issues. They tackle them head-on and in a timely manner. They provide clarity and one on one conversations when needed.
They are committed to the mission.
Hiring qualified managers that supports their employees
define a clear direction and strategy for the company, address workload issues, get rid of non contributors.
They have no concern with rewarding performance. The hold on raises gives people no incentive to work hard.
Reduce the noise for Managers. This role is squeezed by both sides, having constant fire drills of senior management and dealing with complaints of direct reports.
Stronger strategic leadership and vision.
WLB, Remote work is available on some teams
Good salary and decent bonus
Flex Fridays every Friday and 4 day holiday weekends
Everything, from base, bonus, benefits and return to office incentives.
Health insurance and education assistance.
Getting a raise, we haven't had them for 3 years.
Raises for performance and cost of living adjustments.
The company froze merit increases during a time where they are making record profits. The company is not valuing its employees or their contributions.
I would need to be compensated more to meet market standards.
Review from HR Dept
My coworkers like eachother and almost always have positive interactions.
We all come from different backgrounds and business domains, so where one team member may lack knowledge or strength, another can pick up and deliver. It makes for a fluid and strong team dynamic with unique and diverse perspectives to solving business problems.
Review from HR Dept
Very nice people and always collaborative.
We communicate and collaborate. We are there for each other.
My team is talented and easy to work with.
step up and work, there is a small group handling the majority of the workload.
They need to resolve interpersonal conflicts without going to management.
Improve communication, be more efficient with meetings and coordination
Stronger performance evaluation to eliminate lower performers.
There is a common feeling that we are there to do our jobs, not to compete or step on each others toes. Thus, almost everyone is nice to each other.
Collaboration and consensus are emphasized.
The excellence in diversity and inclusivity.
They try to help and give time back for overtime
Collaborative work environment with good team work
Less meetings, practice what you preach.
Bring in new executives to manage the company
Privacy, quiet, less noisy environment
Physical environment, updated systems, reduced competing priorities, more investment in infrastrtucture.
Speedy and end to end takes a little over 2 week.
The recruiter was communicative and interviews comfortable.
My interview was different from rest of the process. I was already working as a contractor then took 6 month break and then joined the same team as full time employee. This is not a reflection of the actual hiring process.
It was a good interview with more personality
Open and transparent discussions about the work environment
The interview is more about the person instead of the role. Be careful what you sign up for
Working with team and learning new technologies
Flexibility and freedom to do my work and do it to the best of my ability.
Review from HR Dept
Work from home flexibility and half days on Fridays.
Anticipating the needs of my coworkers and our clients and delivering on those needs before they are known. My coworkers are the best.
I like days with fewer meetings.
Hugh Frater and Dave Benson are bad leaders.
VPs promote Directors that don’t challenge them and have mediocre performance. Directors are simply a pass through from VPs to Manager
Still significant bureaucracy, decision making taken at senior management level instead of being pushed down.
Company is very stable in terms of revenue stream.
The learning environment
Value employees and incentivize them to grow. Get rid of the waste and be less risk averse.
