What did you like most about the interview process?
Speedy and end to end takes a little over 2 week.
The recruiter was communicative and interviews comfortable.
My interview was different from rest of the process. I was already working as a contractor then took 6 month break and then joined the same team as full time employee. This is not a reflection of the actual hiring process.
It was a good interview with more personality

It combined behavioral and technical skill evaluations well that were appropriate for my current position.
It was very smooth and easy going, it wasnt much like a strict interview, rather it was more of a conversation where they were trying to know me well and know what I have done and how I can contribute to the team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview is more about the person instead of the role. Be careful what you sign up for
