What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring qualified managers that supports their employees

define a clear direction and strategy for the company, address workload issues, get rid of non contributors.

They have no concern with rewarding performance. The hold on raises gives people no incentive to work hard.

Reduce the noise for Managers. This role is squeezed by both sides, having constant fire drills of senior management and dealing with complaints of direct reports.
