What did you like most about the interview process?It was honestly the easiest interview I have ever had because things were such a great fit on the surface coming in, that all we needed to do was confirm the fit was as great as it appeared to be.
What makes you most happy at work?Working on something I believe in. Working with people I enjoy. Getting paid a fair market wage and also having skin in the game via equity options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everybody on the team wants to be here and contribute. Our team has not even reached its full potential yet and I am very excited to think about how much we will accomplish as we grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Very ambitious company but they need to care more about quality and customer experience.
