The fact that even a dishwasher can have insurance and a 401k in my company

The best part about my compensation package was the Insurance and 401k.

Pay and benefits are pretty top of the industry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Still getting temporary pay never get a thank you or nothing positive to motivate the team

They don't even give a christmas bonus anymore. They nickel and dime us all the time.
