The dedication everyone has to help get the job done
Different teams get together often. I met so many people by just being able to coffee chat with different team members.
I enjoy the people that i work with
The integration left some people at a real disadvantage. Real communication and not the performance presentation kind that doesn't solve things but glosses over needs and concerns. Work sessions are better than meetings.
