What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The dedication everyone has to help get the job done
What are some of the best things about your team?Understanding, hard workers, and helpful when you ask for help
What is the best part about your compensation package?Health insurnace for my family
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The integration left some people at a real disadvantage. Real communication and not the performance presentation kind that doesn't solve things but glosses over needs and concerns. Work sessions are better than meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Lack of inclusion to participate in learning opportunities or trainings, no established easy way to receive reimbursement for home office needs such as phone, internet and printing. Some people have very finite jobs yet better pay then other positions are over taxed. Resource allocation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being more efficient. and more aware, meet less do more. Take invetory of talent and skills and clarify priorities. Look at leadership diversity and the voices you peomote and value most.
