The managers of many departments are awesome but the executive team is out of touch

Fair compensation AT LMC overall
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we work short all the time. never have enough supplies and it takes forever for a positive change to take place.
Favoritism factored over integrity sadly.
Staffing concerns we are always understaffed

teamwork and experience of the team members

Day shift nurses need to be more supportive/nicer to coworkers

The CEO needs to be checked. He is far too political
Come to work to work not gossip

belng able to meet the members of the management team of the department

Be honest , they lied to me about what ill be getting paid.

They could have better interest in our customers living rather then money
